All merchandise purchased is non-refundable.

1. Currency is HK dollars

2. If delivered merchandise is not the same as your order, you should inform us on that day, otherwise no exchange.

3. Not refund, exchange or cancel on merchandise before shipments are delivered

4. Defective goods can be exchange within 7 days from the date of Delivery and require the original packaging, valid Sales receipt or Guarantee Card.

5. Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way in used damaged, or a altered. 

6. No exchange or refund will be accepted for display or special offer items

7. Free Delivery for order total amount HK$3000 or above (not include Remote Area and Staircase), receiver need to pick up the merchandise on the ground. 

8. Richford Group Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute arising from the above policies.
